From the airports to Geelong

ANN Congress 2027 will be held at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre, conveniently located on the Geelong waterfront and easily accessible from both Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airport.


From Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) Airport Shuttle

Direct coach services operate regularly between Melbourne Airport and Geelong, providing a convenient transport option for delegates.

Taxi/ Rideshare

Taxis and rideshare services are readily available from Melbourne Airport, offering direct transport to Geelong. Travel time: Approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Self-Drive

Rental cars are available at Melbourne Airport for delegates wishing to explore Geelong and the Bellarine region during their stay. Travel time: Approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Train

Take the SkyBus to Melbourne's Southern Cross Station and connect with a V/Line train service to Geelong. Travel time: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

From Avalon Airport

Located between Melbourne and Geelong, Avalon Airport is the closest airport to the Congress venue.

Taxi/ Rideshare

A convenient option for direct travel between Avalon Airport and Geelong. Travel time: Approximately 20 minutes.

Rental cars are available at Avalon Airport, providing flexibility for travel throughout the region. Travel time: Approximately 20 minutes.

By sea to Geelong

For delegates wishing to experience Victoria's coastline, ferry services operate between Melbourne and the Bellarine Peninsula, as well as between the

Mornington Peninsula and Queenscliff.

Port Phillip Ferries

Operates services between Melbourne (Docklands) and Portarlington, offering a scenic journey across Port Phillip Bay. From Portarlington, Geelong is a short drive away.

Searoad Ferries

Operates regular services between Sorrento and Queenscliff, providing convenient access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong from the Mornington Peninsula.
